AcousticScribe provides real-time audio transcription through dedicated hardware devices connected to a cloud-based transcription service. The Service includes the hardware device, server infrastructure, and web dashboard.

You retain ownership of your transcription content. AcousticScribe retains all rights to the Service, including software, hardware designs, and branding. You may not use AcousticScribe trademarks without written permission.
Transcriptions are generated by third-party speech-to-text services and may contain errors. The Service is provided "as-is" and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any transcription output. You should not rely on transcriptions for critical, legal, or medical purposes without independent verification.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcousticScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
